Monk Fish Stir Fry

Cut the Monk Fish into bite size pieces & you can use the Monk Fish as a replacement for Lobster or Shrimp in any stir fry recipe.

2 lbs. Monk Fish, Lobster or Shrimp
Butter
Rice
Orange Butter Sauce (4 oz. unsalted butter, ½ cup real orange juice, 1 tbs. grated lemon zest, & cornstarch)

Orange Butter Sauce-Melt butter in pan, add orange juice and lemon zest. Add cornstarch to thicken sauce. Cut the Monk fish into medallions and sauté in butter and serve over Rice with an Orange Butter Sauce.
